TidyCal may be the solution you seek in case you are sick and tired of having to manage multiple calendars, issue dozens of back and forward emails to have the meeting scheduled, and pay a fortune in monthly subscriptions to services such as Calendly. Today, we are going to see all about TidyCal, including its features and costs, but also its actual user reviews and a more profound question of whether it is actually worth investing in it.
What Is TidyCal?
TidyCal AppSumo Review | It is an appointment scheduling and booking application that is aimed at simplifying appointment keeping. It is sold as a simple alternative to more complicated (and usually more expensive) scheduling sites. TidyCal allows one to customize booking pages, real-time calendar syncing, free and paid session management, and simplify the whole booking experience.
TidyCal is also most attractive to freelancers, coaches, consultants and small businesses, unlike many subscription plans that require monthly or annual fees, which TidyCal offers through a lifetime deal on AppSumo that is offered once only.
How TidyCal Works
TidyCal is fundamentally a product that allows you to provide your own booking page, where clients, potentials, or even fellow employees can see your availability and make bookings without a single e-mail. All you do is to connect your calendar, set your free time slots, and post your booking link and that is it.
Calendar Integrations
TidyCal AppSumo Review: The calendar integrations are one of the strengths of tidycal. It supports syncing with:
- Google Calendar
- Office 365 / Outlook
- Apple iCal
The tool reads your existing events automatically and so it will prevent any form of a double booking and everything is kept in sync automatically as well. Such integration is crucial, provided you have access to various calendars on various platforms.

Best TidyCal Functions That Ease the Scheduling Process.
TidyCal AppSumo Review – Now we will explore the best of all which makes TidyCal a great choice of scheduling tool, not to mention its lifetime pricing.
Custom Booking Pages:
Using TidyCal, you are able to generate custom booking pages which are representative of your availability, booking type and even your brand. These pages are shareable through URL or directly through your Web site.
You may set up such options as a buffer time between meetings, booking restrictions, and additional options, such as custom fields or follow-ups. With this, it is easy to customize your experience in booking to your business requirements.
Unlimited Booking Types
You want to have a short 15-minute introductory call, a 30-minute consultation, or a multi-session workshop, TidyCal will enable you to establish an unlimited number of booking types. Every of the types may have its settings and prices.
This flexibility is particularly useful among professionals that provide various services and will require specific scheduling rules on each one.
Booking Stripe and PayPal.
The possibility of dealing with paid bookings is one of the most attractive characteristics of TidyCal. In case you are charging the time spent such as coaching, consulting, or charging a workshop, TidyCal allows you to charge right on your booking page with Stripe or PayPal.
This brings about the benefit of not having to do individual invoicing systems and it makes the whole payment process less complex to you and your customers.
Team Scheduling (Agency Plan): TidyCal AppSumo Review
Agency Plan: TidyCal has additional features available to it, including:
- Team pages
- Round-robin scheduling (form of automatic allocation of meetings to the first available team member)
- Group meetings (book meetings in which several team members attend)
- SMS clients (United States and Canada) reminders.
These characteristics allow small agencies and support teams to have greater control over the manner in which meetings are distributed and scheduled.
Date Polls, Embeds & Customizations:
Embeds and Customizations are also observed in Date Polls.
Besides regular bookings, TidyCal provides such tools as:
- Date polls – it is perfect when you need to get a free time to a group.
- Website embeds – add your booking widget to your landing page or site.
- Custom redirect URLs – redirect customers to a thank-you or information page following booking.
These characteristics render TidyCal to be both flexible to both the individuals and the business owners who have more complicated scheduling requirements.
Pricing: Is Lifetime Deal Worth It?
Another major factor that causes individuals to fall in love with TidyCal is the AppSumo lifetime pricing that one can pay a single time and use the tool forever with future updates available.
TidyCal AppSumo Review: The following are the common deal levels:
- Plan Price: Individual Plan~$29 (Lifetime)
Best Use: Freelancers, coaches, individual users. - Agency Plan: ~$79 (lifetime)
Best: Teams, agencies, multi-user systems.
Both plans would have lifetime access and the 60-day money-back guarantee of AppSumo, which will provide you with an assurance in case you find that the solution is not the right one.
Why this pricing matters:
Conventional scheduling services such as Doodle or Calendly usually have a monthly subscription fee – in some cases, such as $12/month or higher with simple functions. Over a year, that adds up. A lifetime deal such as TidyCal enables you not to spend money repeatedly on the product but to have the features that most users require.

- Lack of visual customization as compared to enterprise tools.

- Even advanced automations or branding removal remains less than others with higher end competition.
TidyCal AppSumo Review: These problems will not be deal-breakers to the majority of users, but they should be taken into consideration should you require deep-seated customization, or native mobile applications.
TidyCal vs. Old Fashioned Scheduling Tools.
In order to have a real picture of what TidyCal is, we shall compare it with similar subscription platforms, such as Calendly.
TidyCal AppSumo Review – Cost & Value:
TidyCal: Lifetime use, one time payment.
Calendly: Subscription plans are one month or one year.
TidyCal is cost-effective, particularly when the freelancer or small group has to save a considerable amount of money.

The two tools have a calendar syncing option, booking pages, and time flexibility. However:
